PORTLAND'S PING

ping restaurant

While in Portland, we stumbled across a great restaurant called Ping. The food was fast, well prepared and extremely tasty. Not to mention, the atmosphere was perfect for an afternoon meeting. Why can’t there be more places like this – good service, fast healthy food, all presented with unassuming style. We highly recommend stopping by next time you’re in Portland. The Chicken Skewers were our favorite. They’re seasoned perfectly with sake, sesame oil and plum sauce.

Ping also has an interesting back story. John Jay, one of the leading strategists at the advertising agency Wieden + Kennedy collaborated with Pok Pok owner, Andy Ricker to create Ping. It’s part of a larger goal to rejuvenate and modernize Portland’s Chinatown. Click Read More for additional information and photos.
