LOOKING TO THE PAST

It’s pretty incredible when you’ve visited a place and return some years later to discover how much it’s changed. Buildings are erected, new storefronts move in (or out) and the entire atmosphere shifts for better or worse. Jason Powell’s photography captures these changes ingeniously.
