SPACE AGE CAR PORT

We’re addicted to car museums. We love observing the curation, creative history and models displayed. While it’s one thing to stroll through a museum, it’s a completely different ball game to drive through one.
Leave it to China to take it to another level. In an upcoming project, Francesco Gatti – the chief architect at 3Gatti in Italy – is putting together an interesting concept and feat of architecture. As AutoBlog reports, the museum “allows drivers to climb to the top in their cars and then walk back down via an inner spiral ramp. It seems the structure can be replicated in origami…” This is most interesting within the realm of fusing a parking garage and curated auto museum.
