Travel Inspiration: Architecture of Density - Hong Kong

You’re never too late – thanks to the web. A few years ago, the Robert Koch Gallery hosted Michael Wolf’s dazzling photo exhibit, which captured the many lines of Hong Kong’s architecture. Lucky for us we can view his works online.

Wolf lived and worked in Hong Kong for ten years. Stimulated by the region’s complex urban dynamics, he created dizzying photographs of its architecture. With Hong Kong being one of the most densely populated metropolitan areas in the world, the majority of its citizens live in flats and supa-high-rise buildings. In Architecture of Density, Wolf investigates these vibrant city blocks, finding a mesmerizing abstraction in the buildings’ facades. Click Read More for additional information and photos.
