Our affinity for MINI is no secret. Today it was reported that MINI will build 500 electric vehicles – entitled MINI EVs – for California. This effort is in response to California’s Zero-Emissions mandate that requires car manufacturers to build at least 7500 non-polluting cars by 2014.
