cameras

Armed with the latest digital camera and a huge memory stick, you rarely have to consider how many pictures you’re taking. Shoot at will. Capture every memory breezing past. That’s how we feel when we hit the road with our camera. But, how many of those photos are actually quality. Like many, we’ve come home after a long trip to find that just a couple photos survive after we’ve deleted the less-inspiring bunch.

In response, we’ve compiled our web formula for deleted-photo-itis. Hopefully our combination of information, inspiration and finesse will help you on your next photo excursion. Click Read more for additional information.

basic photography

Digital Cameras loaded with features can sometimes encourage people to skip the basics. We’re as guilty of this as the next person. But, be sure to get the basics down with sites like Digital Photography School.

inspiration

Sean Marc Lee has long been a photo inspiration to us. His use of lighting, color-balance and subjects bring atmosphere to his photography. Check out his recent photos from a trip to Japan.

shooting light trails

While working with the basics don’t be afraid to start acquiring your own shooting style. Create a signature for yourself. Here is one example tutorial for Shooting Light Trails.
