Local Culture: Michel Gondry's Day in the Life of Brooklyn

Over the past year Michel Gondry released interesting projects focused on two of our favorite cities. First a contribution to the three part film Tokyo! And now this awesome time-lapse piece set in Brooklyn for Dick Annegarn’s Soleil du Soir video. While the video doesn’t go overboard selling the city, it does capture the subtleties. The city’s lively movements come to life at overwhelming speeds while the short captures the slow paced movements of its subject. Check it out. We loved it. Made us want to visit.
