Travel Innovations: Tesla Watch Out, Here Comes the Porsche

Here’s a quickstrike of automotive news. Tesla won’t be the only game in town with battery powered speed. German auto tuners RUF are working to develop an electric Porsche Cayman. Boasting 200 plus horsepower and 479 ft-pounds of torque, the Cayman will be able to reach top speeds of 125 miles per hour and compete with Tesla’s 0-60 time of 4 seconds. Wired Magazine reports that the Cayman will be unveiled sometime this month.
